Elena Guerra is a PhD student in Education at the Department of Human Sciences of the University of Verona, where she investigates Intercultural Competences in the Workplace. Her research interests are focused on intercultural communication and diversity management of managers in the Italian context. She is a journalist, media educator, didactic and intership tutor for the Master's in Intercultural Competence and Management at the University of Verona. She is an Adjunct Lecturer for the course SPS/08 Intercultural Social Media Management (3 ECTS – 18 hours), within the first-level Master’s program in European Communication, Mass Media, and Intercultural Journalism, University of Verona. She is also a member of CSI, Centre of Intercultural Studies of the University of Verona, and Neg2Med, University of Verona Centre for Negotiation and Mediation. She was a Visiting Scholar in Germe, Group for research on Ethnic Relations, Migration & Equality, at Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium (a.a. 2024-25).
