Curriculum

Dott. Margherita Brondino completed her graduate studies (Ph.D.) in Organizational Psychology at the University of Verona. She is research fellow and teaching assistant in Psychometrics at the University of Verona, Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology. She has been Honorary Associate of the Department of Psychology at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia (2015-2016). She is member of the national committee of the Italian Psychology Association - Organizational Psychology Section and coordinates the national thematic group on Quality of life at work in the Italian academic context.
She is member of EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) and IAAP (International Association of Applied Psychology).
Her current research interests include: organizational psychology; wellbeing and safety at work; work related stress; psychometrics and data analysis in psychology; environmental psychology. She is member of APsyM Lab (Applied Psychology Measurement Lab), which aims to investigate the theoretical aspects related to measurement, research design, and data analysis in psychology mainly in the following research areas: Organizational Psychology (workplace well-being, the role of safety climate in enhancing safety behaviours and in the prevention of accidents and injuries at work, psychosocial risks at work, learning processes in organizations); Environmental Psychology (restorativeness of physical environments); cognitive processes in connection with Information and Communication Technology. She is author of papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
