Cassandra Wubbels is a Ph.D. student in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Verona (Italy), Department of Human Sciences. Her research activities focus on the relationship between individuals, work and emerging technologies, with particular attention to the use of Artificial Intelligence in educational and training contexts, critical thinking, career development and employability.
During her Ph.D., she has been involved in national and European research projects, contributing to research activities, data collection and analysis, the development of training materials, and the dissemination of project results. She has also gained experience in European project design and implementation, collaborating with international partners in the fields of education, vocational education and training (VET), and youth employability.
Her research interests include Work and Organizational Psychology, Artificial Intelligence and education, critical thinking, career guidance, employability, NEETs, vocational education and training, and scientific communication.
