Curriculum

My research interests include inter-group and intra-group relationships, in terms of attachment theory. In particular, I investigate in social, health and educational services the relations between professionals and users, and between professionals and their colleagues. I am interested in: self-efficacy, job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction, social identification, sources of well-being at work, decision-making processes and communication.
