Francesco Tommasi is a Ph.D. candidate in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Human Science of Verona University. His research interests focus on the role of daily psychological and working conditions in the experience of episodic meaningful work. Notwithstanding the daily conditions, his current research project aims also at studying the substantive impact of the environmental aspects on meaningful work as an inherently subjective sense. Therefore, he involves the growth mixture models, and multilevel modeling to understand the intra-individual variations of psychological conditions and experience through time, and the moderation effects of the interindividual and contextual factors, i.e., the subjective sense of meaning in work and the job quality.
