This contribution aims to present the SEL program "The Nous project", developed by the Center for Educational and Didactic Research (CRED) of the University of Verona and Melete - Center of philosophy for care. The program is designed to foster emotional self-understanding through the use of original metaphor tools, which have been specifically developed for use with primary and middle school students.
