The research/intervention project aims at supporting the implementation of the innovative process the Zambon Group is starting.
The research project will particularly be developed through:
  • empiric and theoretical research on psychosocial aspects on individual, group and organizational levels determining the effective implementation of an innovative process;
  • definition of a theoretical/operative model integrating specific organizational aspects together with psychosocial and process aspects, in order to found measures supporting the implementation of the innovative process;
  • carrying out of support activities (seminars, work groups, observation and monitoring) by taking part directly to the implementation of people and groups involved in the innovation process (management, work groups).
  • analysis of the fulfilled implementation process and drawing up of an evaluation report.
