Martina Pastorelli is a PhD Student in psychology at the University of Verona, Department of Human Sciences.
Her research project focuses on Employability, more specifically on the NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) phenomenon. Infact, her project tries to evaluate both their personality structure and their executive functioning, in order to involve them in the job market.
Before, she obtained a bachelor's degree at the University of Pisa in "Clinical Psychology", and then a master's degree in "Psychology for Education" at the University of Verona.
