Emily Diquigiovanni, graduated in social work from the University of Georgia (USA) and subsequently specialized degree in planning and implementation of highly complex social service interventions from the University of Verona, a master's degree in clinical social work from New York University (USA). A social worker for over 20 years, initially she worked in the US in the adoption world and then moved to Italy and collaborated with an international adoption agency often travelling between South America, Eastern Europe and Africa and now she is a freelance social worker, mainly engaged in the field of family and children services (family counseling, separations, adoptions), immigration and justice. She collaborates with the University of Verona, she is a consultant for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies for the implementation of the Leps Supervisione PNRR and is currently an honorary judge at the Juvenile Court of Venice.
