Research fellow in Psychometrics at the Human Sciences Department of University of Verona. My expertise lies in quantitative psychology (development of tests, investigations on test psychometric properties, research methodology, structural equation models, meta-analysis) in the areas of environmental psychology, and general psychology. My applied research focuses on pro-environmental behaviours, restorative environments, socio-cultural level of people with typical development, and personality development. The collaboration with colleagues inside and outside my department has led me to develop my research on the following topics: Exercise and Sport psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology.
