Tamara Bastianello has a PhD in Psychology and she currently holds a research scholarship at the University of Verona (Department of Human Sciences). Her work investigates the development of attention, multisensory perception and the role of these processes in language and speech development in infancy. She also investigates language and literacy development in monolingual, bilingual children and typical and atypical populations. She is also interested in developing intervention programs for parents and teachers to improve children’s language and literacy skills and to promote inclusion at schools.
