Learning outcomes
The course aims to introduce students to the fundamental principles of motor learning, focusing on the underlying processes and mechanisms. Key models (linear and non-linear) and teaching approaches will be presented, with particular attention to instructional styles relevant to physical education. One session will specifically address motor learning deficits in the school context.
