Learning outcomes

1 know and understand the main reference standards on school inclusion from L.517/'77 to L.107/2015 and the derived standards from 2020 to today; 2 know and understand in an applicative key the actions for taking charge of disabled subjects-DSA with the use of devices to accompany personalized planning-assessment; 3 know how to read the documentation related to disabilities, work to activate adequate observations and interventions on individual and group situations aimed at creating inclusive paths; 4 know how to communicate information, ideas, proposals and solutions in internal planning groups at the intersection council level and in primary school teacher groups; know how to interact with other teachers, parents, ULSS and EE.LL. experts as well as establishing effective relationships with the situations of children and students in difficulty; 5. know how to orient oneself in the complexity of the inclusion situations entrusted while maintaining an open attitude to continuous training and regulatory changes to effectively calibrate personalized paths.

Syllabus

- Brief historical-cultural excursus on school integration. - Regulatory references in the field of insertion, integration and inclusion. - Key concepts and reference glossary for a shared lexicon. - The UN Convention, Framework Law 104/92, documentation for disability with reference to the issuing of qualifications. - Working groups and support networks. Interinstitutional agreements and relationships with families. - Certification of disability, DSA and subjects with special educational needs. - Law 107/2015 and Legislative Decree 66/2017 for the guarantee of school inclusion. - Inclusion as a quality process in the RAV and SNV for nursery and primary school. Notes on the issue of the processing of sensitive data. - Assessment of learning. Disability and individualized assessment. Certification of skills. Retention in nursery school - The PEI and its drafting on a regulatory level, innovations and models of use pursuant to the Decrees of 2020 and 2023 and subsequent amendments.

Assessment methods and criteria

The exam will be written and will consist of a questionnaire composed of 15 questions, each with four closed answers (only one of which is correct). The multiple choice questions will be related to the contents conveyed during the lessons. The questions will be built on the different training units subject to analysis and study.
