School sports activities for health education and lifestyles. Sport education and teaching models for optimizing the learning of sports activities and adapted sport activities in Physical Education:
• Scientific evidence.
• Subdivision of the physical education lesson: activation phase, central coordination phase, final playful phase.
• Disciplinary learning units: acrosport - cooperative learning - active teaching.
• Contextual interference and variability of practice: repercussions on motor competence and cognitive domain.
• Distribution of the practice.
• Examples of instruction, assistance, modeling and feedback and reinforcement in physical education practice
• Strategies to create a climate of learning and fun with the inclusion of students with different abilities. The concept of equity.
The assessment of the educational objectives will be conducted in written/oral form. The exam will cover general and specific topics related to the lesson program, where clarity of presentation will be appreciated, as well as the ability to express oneself using correct sport-specific technical language.
