The course aims to provide basic knowledge on legislation related to school inclusion in upper secondary school, from background documents such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Italian Constitution, to the laws that have characterized the process of integration in the 70s and 80s, to the implementation of the sentence of the Constitutional Court n. 215 of 3 June 1987, which sanctioned the full right to enrollment and attendance in secondary school for disabled pupils, in the current inclusion process outlined by Law 107/2015 and by the Implementing Decree of the same n. 66 of 2017, amended by Legislative Decree n. 96/2019, as well as from the perspectives opened by the new EIP under final approval and the related guidelines.
For the exam, a written test is expected, divided into:
20 questions with multiple choice answers, aimed at verifying the knowledge acquired in relation to the aforementioned objectives. (Up to 20 thirtieths)
A group paper on aspects that qualify the support teacher's action, with a focus on the regulatory framework that governs them. (Up to ten out of thirty)
