Learning outcomes:
1. Know the epistemological foundations of Intercultural Education
2. Become aware of some cognitive-relational dynamics that characterize the encounter with the other
3. Know the basic principles of intercultural communication
4. Know some techniques for conflict management
5. Know the dynamics that characterize the relationship with the family, especially foreign
6. Learn and master some tools for communicating with migrant families
7. Become aware of the role played by the school and the teacher in citizenship education
