Learning outcomes

The course of the history of education and the school aims to help students, who targeted training for teachers of kindergarten and primary school, in forming a view on the evolution of historiographical methods and reflections sull'educativo, which brings out the sense of the complexity of the methods, points of view and an attitude of openness. Aims to encourage the development of a scientific method of research in the field of history with the closeness and the reading of texts and documents of various kinds.


The way of teaching, education and institution school Enlightenment to the present day.
Will deepen particularly the birth of the state school (late eighteenth century), active methods (late nineteenth - early twentieth century) and the pedagogy of the twentieth century.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written examination with open-ended questions in which they evaluate the understanding, exposure and synthesis. It will also take account of active participation in seminars.
