Learning outcomes

The course aims at (a) building competence in the training process, from need analysis to evaluation; (b) developing the theoretical aspects, the modalities and instruments that characterize each phase; (c) analyzing in depth both the project the and planning of training, and (d) focusing on the methods that are most apt to adult training. Special attention will be dedicated to the analysis of theoretical models, with particular reference to adult learning, to motivation and to participation in training. The course intends to simulate designing of adult training course.
