Learning outcomes

The course in labour law aims to deepen sources, typologies and normative treatments connected to the wide concept of work (employment, self-employment, para-employment etc.). Particular attention will be paid to formative/learning aspects, either as a main component of the work contract or as an element of a specific activity oriented to occupational objectives.
The course aims to offer the students a complete grounding of current labour law, the perception of the social dynamics that foster this branch of law, the capacity to connect and use the (European, national, local) normative instruments related to education and learning.

-Labour law sources, subordination, continuative and coordinated collaborations, project work.
-Directive power, employer’s control and disciplinary power, work duties, working time, women work protection.
-Productive decentralization, temporary work.
-Flexible work typologies: term contract, part-time, job on call, job sharing, apprenticeship, inclusion work.
-Rescission of work contract.
