The project "P.A.R.I. - Innovative Network Projects and Actions for Gender Equality and Balance", presented by ENAIP Veneto Impresa Sociale, has the specific objective of promoting balanced participation of women and men in the labor market, ensuring equal working conditions and a better work-life balance.

The project aims to close gender gaps by working on three main dimensions: the promotion of a different cultural approach, women's participation and permanence in the labor market, and harmonization of work-life time. Systemic actions include pilot initiatives aimed at different target audiences, with the objective of building and strengthening a territorial network that promotes balanced participation of women and men in the labor market, deepening knowledge of the state of the art, needs and territorial issues related to gender equality, promoting innovative actions to combat gender stereotypes and discrimination, and defining and self-evaluating a replicable model of intervention that contributes to the achievement of gender equality goals.

The project targets unemployed, inactive, employed, self-employed and self-employed women as a priority. It also involves women and men engaged in care work and new forms of "family friendly" work, the unemployed, students and teachers in schools and higher education and vocational training pathways. The goal is to involve at least 100 recipients in the territory of the province of Rovigo.

The project is developed through three integrated phases: activation and intervention, monitoring and self-evaluation, and testimonials and dissemination. The goal is to overcome gender stereotypes and facilitate the intake and reintegration of young NEETs (15-29 years old), improving access to the labor market and fostering entrepreneurship among young women. Planned training activities include interventions on digital, green and soft skills, creative solutions for work-life balance, and webinars on success stories and best practices in corporate welfare for employed participants; training on personal finance skills, contracting, and specific professionalizing modules for unemployed participants; webinars on youth employment from a gender perspective for female students; webinars on inclusive and gender-sensitive language for teachers and trainers; webinars, career guidance, and coaching and counseling activities for women returning from maternity leave; and counseling interventions and webinars on leadership and empowerment for women with caregiving burdens.

The project thus aims to map and model services, promoting social innovation on work-life balance and care work sharing. The project represents a structured and ambitious initiative to promote gender equality and work-life balance in the territory of the province of Rovigo, through innovative interventions and a strong territorial network that enhances local resources and addresses the specific challenges of the Rovigo context.
