Aim:
Analysis of Human Rights Protection Mechanisms, with particular reference to the Rights of the Child.

Contents:
1. The Development of Human Rights. The “Specification” Process;
2. The international, regional and constitutional Protection of the Rights of the Child. A comparative perspective;
3. The Relationship between the Rights of the Child and the Freedom of Speech;
4. The Rights of the Child in Television and Cinema framework;
5. The Rights of the Child in the trial.
