Learning outcomes

The Course analyzes the Education Legislation, the Constitutional System of Education, the Contents of legal sources and the Responsibilities of Teaching Staff, also with the recent changes introduced by the law n. 107/2015.

Syllabus

After a preliminary introduction to the topic of sources of law, the following topics will be covered:

- Constitutional System of Education (in particular, artt. 33 - 34 - 117 Cost.);
- Regulatory developments on schools before and after the adoption of the Italian Constitution;
- School autonomy;
- The Italian educational system;
- The collective bodies of the school;
- The Responsabilities of Teaching Staff.
