The project SMART INCLUSION (SI) is an initiative of the Department for the Digitization of Public Administration and Technological Innovation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, set in the health sector with the aim of encouraging the socialization of children with oncohaematological diseases hospitalized in departments pediatric hospital. The project develops from an electronic device that allows to integrate on a single technological platform remote education, entertainment and clinical data management services, allowing long-term children to participate in social life by connecting with the outside world in a simple and immediate way. , and at the same time doctors have advanced tools to support patient care processes. The objective of this study is to perform an SI evaluation in 6 Italian oncohematology departments that have joined the program. In particular: S. Orsola Polyclinic - Malpighi of Bologna, Pediatric Hospital Bambino Gesù of Rome, Hospital of Padua, Meyer Hospital of Florence, Gaslini Hospital of Genoa, Hospital Regina Margherita of Turin. This assessment was carried out through interviews and questionnaires to privileged witnesses in order to assess the impact, the use of the services made available, any critical issues / improvements.
