The goal of the course is to offer knowledge and methodologies on adult education from a perspective both theoretical and practical.
Objectives:
a) understanding the concept of adult education;
b) developing skills for planning teaching activities with adults.
The course is organized in two levels:
a) theoretical level:
the following issues will be addressed: learning theories and adult education, the concept of leadership, the fundamentals of teamwork.
b) practical level:
practical activities will be proposed to enables students to experience some training techniques, and to plan adult education projects to be simulated in a group by using different methodologies.
