The course, through the constant use of "learning by doing" and the main elements of Cooperative Learning, aims to co-build with the students the basic knowledge, to develop skills and competencies necessary for the teaching profession in the primary school and in the kindergarten as well.
Moreover, the course aims to develop a critical constructive thinking, flexible and coherent with the complex system of the SCHOOL, strategic hub of the educational network.
In order to achieve the stated purpose the training course is organized in areas of knowledge related to:
- How to teach, how we learn
- didactic strategies;
- The environment, the context as a third element for learning (L. Malaguzzi)
- Communication in the classroom
- Who are the students of the XXI century? Digital natives, Generation C ...
- To educate to a conscious/responsible use of technology
- Cooperative Learning: co-construction/social construction of the self and of the knowledge;
- Cooperative Learning: a school for everyone and for eachone

During the course will be offered two individual and group checking moments. One will be organized during the course and the other one at the end.
Teacher and students’observations and assessment, during the work in the classroom, will be part of the final assessment. It will be also take into account of the personal commitment of being co-responsible builders of knowledge and positive relationships among peers and with the teacher and during the proposed activities in the workshops.
The students that can’t follow the lessons have to contact the teacher to organize an interview.
