At the end of the course the student must have acquired knowledge and skills in relation to the dynamic of classroom (teacher-student relationship) and staffroom processes (teacher-co-worker relationship, and teacher-leader relationship).
In particular, the student must have acquired knowledge and skills that enable to applly attachment theory to view professional relationships in schools.
The course will focus on the following thematics:
- attachment theory and the teacher-student relationship
- attachment theory and the classroom
- support and lack of support
- the emotionality of teaching
- perceived self-efficacy in the school

The assessment will take place through a final written test, with 3 open questions formulated in order to verify the learning, knowledge and understanding of the acquired knowledge.
The evaluation will take into account of knowledge of theoretical contents and ability to use a language appropriate to the contents studied.
