Cristina Balloi is a researcher at the Department of Human Sciences at the University of Verona, where she obtained her Ph.D. in Human Sciences in 2019. She is a member of the Intercultural Studies Center (CSI), directed by Prof. Agostino Portera. Her research interests include Intercultural Education, Intercultural Competence, Diversity Management in different work contexts (companies, the third sector, public institutions, schools), the reduction of inequalities, and intersectional and decolonial approaches.
