Learning outcomes
Through the principal theoretical and methodological approaches this course wants to introduce the student to the knowledge of the organizations. Then, wants to understand the nature, the characteristics and the relationships with organizations and social contest.
The course wants to provide to the students the theoretical and methodological instruments in order to know organizations.
At first, it will be introduced the concept of work and its more recent transformations as contest in which the organization moves. Then, it will be studied some aspects of the organization like for example the ambient, the culture, the power, with particular attention to the connection between its cultural and symbolic dimension and the concept of change.
