Starting from the relational model of Social Added Value (Mannarini et al., 2018), we want to investigate how it is understood by Third Sector Entities (ETSs) and how it can be used for the detection of their social impact by ETSs themselves. This is intended to account for the benefits that non-profit organisations produce in terms of relational goods, their influence on the well-being of their members and beneficiaries, and the well-being of the community as a whole. The project consists of a participatory action-research involving Voluntary Associations and Social Enterprises. The method used is Concept Mapping Method
