The course aims to orient students toward different epistemologies that inspire educational models and related styles, language and practices in training contexts.
We will discuss different philosophical approaches to education/training, using the exercise of thinking philosophically. We will also look more thoroughly at the issue of training and work in the capacity perspective.
The topic will try to answer the question: What training is necessary for which job? In a time when production systems have changed in the sense of bio-capitalism, what is the role of training? We will critically address training "for profit" and training "for human development" by trying to focus on the main critical points and the consequences for individuals in training and for organizational contexts.
The course includes lectures, opportunities for active participation by students, teamwork, guest speakers and some experiential moments.
