The acquisition of social and cultural anthropology key notions with a special concern in the ethnography of organizations.
The course intends:
to introduce social and cultural anthropology key notions (as the anthropological concepts of culture and society), objects (human social and cultural variability) and methods (ethnography);
to focus on the particular approach of the ethnography of the organizations, showing, also through a comparison with other disciplines as sociology, the methodological peculiarity and the different quality of the knowledge acquired by an anthropological approach in the study of organizations.
