The aim of the course is to introduce students to the study of emotions and feelings, to their regulation and control and to some emotional diseases, due to the maladaptive modulation of affects. The role of affects in intersubjectivity will be explored, shown both psychological and neuroscientific point of view.
Students will be thaught to read, interpret and integrate results from research with the aim of using these abilities in practical work.

•Affects, feelings and emotions
•Emotions and the Self
•Emotions and subjective wellbeing
•Emotional regulation and control
•Some emotional deseases due to wrong emotional regulation/control
•Empathy and alexithymia constructs
•Emotions and neurosciences
•Intersubjectivity.
