Emanuela Assenzio is a Ph.D. candidate in Education at the University of Verona. She is working on the International Successful School Principalship Project, analysing the factors that contribute to school principals’ success in enhancing student outcomes. Her research interests include school innovation, teachers’ training programs, and leadership in the educational field. She has worked as a teacher in different contexts (prison, lower and higher secondary schools).
