Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

- Refine the theoretical references for the different approaches and operational training in work context;
- Implement the ability to develop methodological devices consistent with the specific objectives and the organizational culture;
- Develop interpersonal and managerial skills inherent in the process of training with adults.

Syllabus

- The relationship with the clients and participants: care of the setting (objectives, roles, method);
- The "classical" methods: case auto-case, exercise, role play, analogical game. The T-Group;
- The person-centered methods: coaching, mentorship, counseling;
- The group-centered methods: facilitation, team building, outdoor;
- New trends and open issues;
- -The understanding and management of psycho-social dynamics in / of group training.
