Learning outcomes

The course deals with institutional communication and in particular it will focus on inter institutional communications and on communications between institutions and civil society. Through an analysis of organizational aspects, especially those connected with organizational cultures and organizational sense making, the course will put a light on those elements, often removed or forgotten, that play profound influence on public communications.
