The course intends to direct among the main theories and practices of training used in organizations. Particular attention will be placed on training planning able to enhance the activation of processes of self-training and capacitation
This year the theme is "Living the change forming processes of capacitation". Taking the example of organizations working in different areas, we will try to create a working hypothesis to activate self-training and training processes, aimed to capabilities of person and contexts.
The course consists of lectures, moments of active participation and laboratory activities.

For whom attends the course, the examination will consist of a training project to be presented orally at the end of the course.
For whom doesn't attend, the examination will consist of an oral examination on the references mentioned in the program.
