Tutor incaricato per la procedura alias per le/i studentesse/i, docenti, ricercatrici/tori

Il Comitato Unico di Garanzia dell'Università di Verona si è fatto promotore di una proposta di tutela per le/gli studenti e per le/i dipendenti transgender (personale tecnico amministrativo e al personale docente), ottenendo che sia loro possibile utilizzare un nome differente da quello anagrafico (identità alias) nelle interazioni con l'Ateneo. Infatti il contrasto tra il nome anagrafico e l'aspetto esteriore può essere fonte di imbarazzo per le/gli studenti durante gli appelli e le registrazioni degli esami (portando anche alla decisione di rinunciare all'iscrizione universitaria oppure di abbandonare gli studi universitari di chi è già iscritta/o), e per le/i dipendenti nelle occasioni in cui si trovino a contatto con le/gli studenti o con utenti esterni all’Ateneo.
