Learning outcomes
The "Applications" module offers course participants the opportunity to develop and strengthen skills relevant to English language teaching, with particular emphasis on classroom contexts and teacher-student interaction. Specifically, public speaking skills will be explored, along with the design of tasks related to the use of English as a global language and Global Citizenship Education, as well as the planning of an entire lesson.
Syllabus
The first part of the module focuses on public speaking skills (verbal and nonverbal communication) and task design, with reference to English as a global language and Global Citizenship Education. The second part of the module addresses lesson planning in its main subcomponents.
