Syllabus

The main contents of the teaching are as follows:
- the fundamentals of the discipline (the concept of culture; ethnocentrism; cultural relativism);
- introduction to the master method of cultural anthropology: the ethnographic field research;
- the topic of (new and old) minorities explored from an
anthropological perspective, with a focus on the management of cultural difference at school.
