Knowledge of macro and micronutrients
How nutrition influences growth in a positive and negative sense
The physiology of nutrition.
Genetics and epigenetics
How balanced and balanced nutrition helps prevent diseases (from cardiovascular diseases to cancer)

Assessment methods and criteria

Interview during the lessons and final interview in order to verify the learning of the topics covered in class.
