Learning outcomes

Learning the basic concepts of scientific thinking and their application to the living organism; applying the acquired knowledge to design and carry out simple didactic activities and evaluate their learning.
Understand and be able to explain the methods by which science proceeds and is spread; - understand and be able to explain the evolutionary mechanisms through which the living beings change; - understand and be able to describe the different levels of organization and complexity of living organisms; -be able to recognize the systematic categories of belonging of the main living groups, according to modern taxonomic rules, and to be able to describe their characteristics; - understand the differences in the life strategy of plants and animals and be able to explain them from an evolutionary point of view; - describe the relationships between living beings through the main types of metabolisms and trophic networks.
