Learning outcomes


The course aims to provide the essential elements to read the problems related to the evaluation in the contexts of educational services.

Syllabus

The characteristics of the educational action and the peculiarities of the educational service organization.
Barbier's model of the evaluation process.
The logic of the evaluation process.
Formative evaluation and summative evaluation.

Assessment methods and criteria

The exam consists of a test of 10 multiple choice questions and a paper in which the student is asked to re-elaborate their experience by re-reading the contents proposed in class and in the lecture notes.
