Examination Methods
The assessment of the learning outcomes will be:
- a preliminary written assessment of the acquired knowledge and an oral supplementary examination only at the request of the individual students in case of integration of the mark vested in the written test.
The written test is intended to ascertain the knowledge of the topics under discussion and the ability to read critically the evolutionary dynamics of Welfare systems.
Any supplementary oral examination consists of an interview aimed at developing the questions that emerged in the written test, with questions also on other parts of the study program.
Content and method of carrying out the assessment tests
Written exam questions may cover all the topics discussed in the course. There will be 3 open questions, one question for each of the three texts listed in the study program and related to the three topics of social policy discussed in the course. Also the material presented during the lessons (slide, any scientific articles) will be evaluated:
1. Question about the first text of social policy (Ferrera M., Rotta di collisione. Euro contro Welfare?).
2. Question about the economic inequalities.
3. Question about the immigration problem.
Each of the 3 questions will be assigned a score ranging from 0 to 10 points, for a total of 30 / 30 in case of all correct answers.
ERASMUS students are asked to contact the teacher at the beginning of the courses to agree on the teaching and examination procedures together.

Stage e Tirocini
- fare esperienza diretta di attività professionali, che richiedono un livello di preparazione al lavoro educativo;
- approfondire in particolare il rapporto tra preparazione teorica, acquisita mediante lo studio, ed esperienza pratica, tra mondo del sapere e della cultura e mondo del lavoro e delle professioni;
