Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide a set of knowledge and skills that relate to the issues relating to people at work in organizational contexts in a pedagogical perspective. The enhancement and development of personal and professional are to constitute themselves as organizational tasks necessary to ensure learning and development for the same company.
In this perspective, the course aims to enable participants able to:
-to understand the dynamics of labor relations in a perspective that returns centrality to people;
-to Identify the features of organizational forms and practices humanities;
-to know the perspective of civil economy;
-to think pedagogically dynamics and working environments;
-to promote learning in organizational contexts;
-to promote organizational development in ways that favor the involvement, participation and appreciation of all people at work.

Syllabus

The course will be developed around the following themes:
-life adult and work: vocational training and humanities;
-Economics and civil enterprise;
-live together in organizations: meanings and addresses;
-Strategy business, organization and people;
-Tools of human resource management;
-to improve people: development and careers;
-knowledge and learning in organizations;
-community of practice as a form of intervention;
-to develop skills for people management;
-the process consulting for professional development and organizational.

The educational activities include:
-Communications by the teacher with interactions with and among students,
-Exercises on the contents presented,
-Lectures and case discussions by the teacher and the participants,
-interaction in the platform that supports the course. It is recommended to all students who intend to take this exam to join the platform, regardless of the actual frequency to the lessons in the presence, as this will be the place of communication, analysis, sharing.

Assessment methods and criteria

Learning assessment consist of an oral exam on the texts in the bibliography and on the portfolio of work produced during the course. In particular, it requires that you presented a case study related to an organization.
