Educational services are also very diverse organizational contexts between their specific purpose, but united by their educational aims: to promote the growth of the people to whom they are addressed using the relationship as an essential element. The problem is to understand the influence that the organization of the educational service has the same quality of educational relationships in it are realized. In fact, the organization and the management of people who work there are not neutral, convey meanings and purposes that affect individual operators practices. The absence of an organizational thinking respectful of the specificities of the service can make laborious or even impossible to achieve the same educational purpose.
