Learning outcomes

The course aims to raise awareness and undertanding of the historical develompment of the main childhood educational theories and the main lines of evolution on the condition of children, in reference to the social and cultural context of Italian and European education as well as social and women in their development historian.

Main pedagogical theories on chilhood education from the historical point of view.
Lines of historical development on the condition of children, in reference to the social and cultural context of Italian and European, from the classical world to the XX century.
The education of women and the lives of girls.
