Learning outcomes

Module: Laboratorio

Goal: research and active experimentation of professional practices of didactic.
In order to professionally address didactic of mathematics at the level of both kindergarten and primary school, during the activities of laboratory, specific methodologies will be proposed.



Module: Matematica per la formazione di base 2

The course aims at providing knowledge and requirements when teaching mathematics at the level of kindergarten and primary school, for the following topics:

(1) Numbers.
(2) Measure.
(3) Space and geometrical figures.
(4) Probability and Statistics.

Syllabus

Module: Laboratorio

The laboratory will be structured into the following activities:

- One common module on mathematics no just numbers.
- One module with own and possible experiences at the level of kindergarten school, mostly oriented on space and numbers.
- One module with own and possible experiences at the level of primary school, mostly oriented on space and numbers.
- One common module for both education levels, which relies on using matematica tools, mostly oriented on probability and statistics.

(2) Measure.
(3) Space and geometrical figures.
(4) Probability and Statistics.

Assessment methods and criteria

Module: Laboratorio

Technical report related to all the topics that will be addressed during the activities of laboratory.

The exam consists of one traditional written test including the main topics addressed during the course.
