Module: MODULO DI DIRITTO AMMINISTRATIVO

The course (seminar) of administrative law intends to investigate major issues related to the public and private activity in the field of social services and interventions after the reform of Title V of the Constitution.


Module: MODULO DI DIRITTO PRIVATO
-------
The course aims to provide a basic knowledge regarding private law main topics, linked to no-profit sector.
In default of an uniform codification of no-profit sector, the course will summarize and give an excursus about non-commercial organizations main features, associative forms and administration, with attention to public corporations relations and role on welfare services.

• The concept of social service
• The concept of integrated interventions and social services
• General principles and objectives of the I. No 328/2000
• Public and private in (within) social services
• Role of the third sector
• Authorization and accreditation for the pursuit of social services

EXAMS
The students attending will be able to prepare for the exam by studying the class notes.

Associations, foundations, committees. Distinctive features. Setting up of an association. Charter, statute, social purpose. Legal person. Recognized and unrecognized associations. Responsibility of staff and administration. Models of association. Non-profit sector in terms of private law. Laws creating features related to the third sector. Differences from for-profit organizations. ONLUS and non-profit social enterprise. Non-profit tax relieves.
