Learning outcomes

• to develop knowledges and ability of analysis of complex social problems
• to experiment technologies and tools for the management and evaluation of interventions of Social Work particularly complex,
• to develop competences on the planning, realization, evaluation of multiprofessional and interorganizational interventions,
• to develop competences in order to managerial functions of structures that manage services to the people,
• to develop formative-didactic competences of sociosanitary workers (ex. supervision, permanent training).|

The activities to be developed inside the designate service foresee in general:
• the elaboration of an individual project of apprenticeship in accord with the supervisor of the service and approved by the responsible teacher;
• observation and search of the organizational-institutional reality, of the functions and of the professional instrumentation in use;
• active share and experimentation of relative practical activity to one of the sectors related to the objectives on suitable (ex. management of complex cases, planning of activity for bands of population or related to the quality of the services, construction of systems of evaluation, etc.), with relative elaboration of documentation;
• revision and self-evaluation of the effected formative run;
• share to laboratories and inherent seminars on the thematic of the apprenticeship.

Texts for the examination:
Possible bibliography used by the student for the realization of the apprenticeship.

The examination consists in the discussion of a written report that the student must introduce to the teacher and the university tutor about:
• the illustration of the developed activities and the reached acquisitions,
• the adopted methods and the possible run into difficulties,
• one detailed evaluation of the meaningful aspects of the experience, with reference both to the carried out activities and to the reached objectives, also furnishing elements of self-evaluation.
