Pedrazza is associate professor (Social Psychology), has been member of the PhD School Council in Education and Training. She founded and is head of the international Research Centre of Health and Social Services in Verona

She’s been visiting professor at the Edhec Business School of Lille She promoted research agreements with different Institutions such as Italian State Medical Board, Ethical Cometee of the State Medical Board, Autonomous Province of Trento, Social Policy Administration of Trento, the Edhec Business School of Lille, FR, The Finnish Institute for Occupational Health in Helsinki, FI.
She studies the relation competences of physicians, educators, nurses and front line social workers.
She developed and validate a Social Work self efficacy scale the first in Italian national context, she developed and validate the Comfort Touch Scale for nurses, she studied the relationship between parents and teachers, the Leader member- relationship in France, and wellbeing in physicians and in helping professions . She studied professionals/practitioner-users/client relationship from the Attachment Theory and from the Terror Management Theory frameworks.
